In the context of a university project, we have created a team consisted of 4 members: Agis Lamprakis, Eirini Zaveli, Semina Tsokana and Christina Koromila. We were appointed a case study that has to do with the foreign programme of the public tv channel “ERT”.

More specifically, we had to answer to the following question; “On what grounds does ERT choose it’s foreign programme (movies, series and documentaries) in comparison to commercial TV stations and torrents?’’ That way, we began to search why these features contributed to it’s success. Though we tried hard enough to contact the appropriate staff, our communication was impossible. They didn’t answer to our e-mails neither our phone calls. Instead, we decided to try on our own. In addition, we made an extensive research on the internet, according to ERT’s official site. We assigned the documentaries, the movies and the series to each team mate individually. We selected important information that helped us somewhat answer our case study.
