First meeting with the MoovieReel team

Last Monday our team made a Skype meeting with Panagiotis Stamatopoulos, one of the two brilliant minds that are behind the MoovieReel idea.

After the first awkward moments and the greetings, Panagiotis started explaining us what exactly MoovieReel is and what they do. He, also, informed us about their projects. Then, he presented the challenge we must take.

First of all, we must assume that we are going to organize a festival with Hispanic films in Athens, in summer of 2017. We are assigned to find support and sponsorship from public and private organizations in our country.

Our first task is to make a very good research about same projects that have been made in Greece and Europe, generally. Then, we will find and communicate with one of the organizations that we have in mind and ask for their support. We have to make a clear but innovative proposal and explain what our idea is and why we need their help.

The last few days we brainstormed and came up with some great ideas and points. We wrote our suggestion in a formal way, like we would have done, if we worked on this project for real. Now, we are ready to send our proposal and move to the next task.
