During a lesson in University, which is called ‘’Cultural and Creative Enterpreneurship’’ , our teacher miss Lida Tsene, assigned us to cooperate with a very intresting organization, the 100 Resilient Cities. We as a team, which is consisted of me, Maria Gougi ,aggeliki iwannou, Thomi Galani and Nikos Zampekos, had the pleasure to work together with the @ResilientAthens, part of the programm of 100 Resilient Cities and with the assistance of miss Anthi Christou, who runs this project, we tried to enhance the aims of this very usefull project and get people to know more about it and take action on procecces, that can transform our city into a place, which can offer more cultural, economical and creative benefits to it’s citizens.

One, of our major tasks, was to delve into the definition, of the ‘’Creative Economy’’. We, had to discover more about what Creativity Economy is alla about and how this tool, can evolve the cultural and fiscal level of our city and our country in total. The next stage, was to create a questionnaire, with which, we were planned, to find out, if and at what level, were enterpreneuers in Athens, familiar with this definition and how usefull they believe that it is. The questionnaire, that we have constructed, with the help of the @ResilientAthens members , addresses, to bussinesses, that we considered to be a part of the ‘’Creativity Economy’’. The results, are going to be taken soon.

Afterwards, we are planning to visit some central places, in Athens, in order to inform people about the aims of this innovative programm and participate to the goal of updating our city. We, have also discussing, about sorting out an event, in cooperation with the Athens municipality.

We are staying in touch with the representers of the 100 Resilient Cities programm in Athens and we are planning our new actions, which will include except from other procedures, an interview in the municipant station of Athens, in which we all together are going to discuss about the aims of this extraordinary project and the next stages that are going to be followed by @RESILIENTATHENS.

It was a pleasure, cooperating with the team of Resilient Athens and we stood really lucky to get to know of this useful project. We hope, that we contributed and helped them to achieve their goals and that we will keep doing it.
