Problems encountered during researching El Sistema and Final Week of Solutions

So After attending to some El Sistema Classes we kinda made up our mind on what shall we be doing. Although the organisation is well organised we are struggling to find a quality solution to any minor problems that El Sistema is facing. Through careful consideration we made a plan about the problems and the possible solutions that we are about to enhance until the final day of our Project.

Problems

• Lack of Teachers, Tutors to monitor and control children because of untamed behaviors and difference in Language.
  • Need to purchase or rent a warehouse near camps (Sounio and Pireaus) and in Athens Centre
  • Need to Purchase or rent Personal Vans or Containers and Tracks to move Instruments and other Teaching equipment
  • In need of Volunteers during their events and teaching classes
  • In the future El Sistema will need their own place to do their classes.
