Kyle Stapleton, Manager of Culture & Experience, Turner Broadcasting
Aynn Collins, Director, Talent Strategy, MailChimp

Every month, these two leaders and close friends from Turner Broadcasting and MailChimp (Inc.’s 2017 Company of the Year) meet up for a breakfast “culture club” to discuss, debate, learn from and inspire each other’s culture initiatives. This is their first gathering of 2018, and you can eavesdrop as they debrief successes and failures and discuss what it takes to build a durable culture (or turn a bad one around) and engage the next generation workforce.
