Introducing the Culturati Network
Collaboration is a core pillar of who we are — and it’s more important now than ever. I’m proud to announce the launch of Culturati Network, a unique platform to help connect Culturati members seeking jobs and employers who value corporate culture. The Culturati Network is designed to be a finely curated networking experience exclusively for Culturati use, where members will be able to connect with job seekers and employers who share their business values.
When I attended my first Summit, the thing that impressed me most about Culturati was how many exceptional people were under one roof. On my second day, I sat with an Austin CEO and discussed Aubrey Blanche’s break out session, where she spoke about data-driven diversity and inclusion. As we connected it became clear that we shared the same core business principles — that building balanced teams with a common goal and fostering dynamic leadership are what it takes to build a sustainable business.
As leaders in technology, finance, banking, the arts, education, government, and other institutions we are facing unprecedented challenges. Now more than ever, it’s crucial to prioritize corporate culture and employee engagement. The Culturati Network will help foster connections, collaboration, and grow exceptional teams.
We’ll start off utilizing past Culturati event attendee lists to send invitations to this LinkedIn group — where member companies can post jobs and individual members can post resumes.
With the combined efforts of our Culturati family, together we can create a powerful resource to help grow culture-centric organizations.
“While we are not all in the same boat, we are all in the same storm. Support each other.”
