Since 2014, we’ve gathered to share playbooks among c-suite executives, investors and scholars. And . . . as the science of culture building continues to develop, we’re moving to the next level of defining the baselines of strong corporate cultures, their metrics and indices. We’re conducting & publishing research on the future of the workplace. What designs, technologies and practices provide the most connectedness to further innovation, creativity and collaboration?
In Culturati 2.0 we’ll continue our discussions around the baselines of building strong corporate cultures plus discuss today’s skills & labor shortage (the Great Resignation), the importance of social capital, the employee and customer experience revolutions, the future of the workplace . . . the new challenges (aka opportunities) in culture building in this new era of employee empowerment, where connectedness with purpose and flexibility are critical to attracting & retaining the best employees.
