My favorite time of the year is finally here! As we know 2020 has been a tough year for us all and especially for those in the food industry. This year I decided to put together 5 of the most special dishes that support Miami Chefs. I like my dishes made with love especially during the holiday season. So here are the top 7 that I found:

1. Christmas Keto Cake Pop covered with sprinklers and coconut flakes by Chef Alice! 🎄

During the holiday season all kids crave sweets! Chef Alice along with a nutritionist Veronica crafted the Keto Brownie cake pops for her daughter Victoria as a healthy alternative to traditional desserts which she can give to Victoria all the time during the holiday season.

2. Vegan Empanada Mix by Chef Sabe!

This holiday season if you’re looking for not just an empanada but, a masterpiece. Chef Sabe’s vegan empanadas are not just any empanadas they are a labor of love! Chef Sabe’s recipe is not just any recipe it’s a generational recipe which was passed down from her great grandmother(Blanquita).

Chef Sabe’s vegan mix come with a few tasty flavors you’ll love: smoked gouda, smoked gouda & sun-dried tomato, pesto and mozzarella, and plant-based cream cheese and guava.

3. Golden Snicker Doodle Cookies by Chef Fia!

Snickerdoodles are great and all…But you know what’s better than snickerdoodles?! Snickerdoodles that are made with aromatic browned butter and oozing with a gooey salted caramel filling. This holiday season if you’re looking for a sweet timeless classic Chef Fia’s snickerdoodles are your go to dish.

4. Chestnut Cocoa Loaf by Chef Alice

Travel to Italy with this holiday season through Chef Alice’s authentic Italian Chestnut Cocoa Loaf. Roasted chocolate covered chestnuts are an Italian delicacy around the holiday season served in the streets of Rome. Chef Alice an Italian baker originally from Rome has brought the tradition to Miami through her Chestnut Cocoa Loaf!

5. Matcha Nut Butter Cups from Chef Anna

If you’re not in the mood to put on a few pounds this Holiday Season but, still want to enjoy some desserts. Chef Anna’s raw Matcha Nut Butter Cup is for you. In case you were curious the raw food diet consists of uncooked food which is considered to be less toxic than cooked food.

6. Keto Red Velvet Cake from Chef Alice

Chef Alice has gone above and beyond to come out with, a limited time, selection of holiday themed items that it makes it difficult not to mention her 3 times in one blog! This sugar free and gluten free, red velvet cake made with Almond Flour and Coconut flour is JUST a masterpiece.

7. Authentic Malva Pudding with Amarula Chantilly Sauce by Chef Tandzie

We can’t travel safely this year but, Chef Tandzie’s Malva pudding, also called malvapoeding or marshmallow pudding, is a traditional South African dessert. Since South African restaurants are a rarity overseas, you probably haven’t come across malva pudding until now. It is a sweet pudding recipe with a yellow sponge drenched in a decadent sauce.
