Easy Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are rich in protein, fiber, fat, omega 3 and many other nutrients. It absorbs water easily. Chia seeds benefits include promoting healthy skin, reducing the signs of aging, supporting the heart and digestive system, building stronger bones and muscles and helping to reduce blood sugar levels in diabetics.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk ( or yogurt)

1 tsp Monk fruit Sweetener or Maple syrup

3 tablespoon Chia seeds

3–4 drops of vanilla extract

Preparation

Place chia seeds, maple syrup and almond milk in a bowl and stir vanilla extract, cover it and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours to a maximum of 12 hours. You can garnish it with your favorite fruit before you serve.
