A good breakfast rich in protein is good for a day to start with. Protein takes time to break down into small molecules in our stomach, which keep us satiated for a longer period of time. Almond flour is rich in protein, vitamin E, Magnesium, calcium, potassium and many other nutrients. It’s a very good alternative flour option for those who are on a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup almond flour

3 eggs

1 cup water ( you can change the measurement of the water according to the desired consistency)

¼ teaspoon baking soda

½ spoon of vanilla extract ( optional, you can add cinnamon if you like cinnamon taste instead of vanilla)

Preparation

Place almond flour, eggs, and water and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix it very well. Cook all pancakes on a griddle or in a large pan for approximately 2 minutes per side until both sides turn golden brown. Serve it hot with maple syrup
