Anxiety sucks. The feeling itself sucks — feeling jittery, feeling nervous about nothing and everything at the same time, and not being able to think clearly — but what sucks even more, is not knowing why you feel that way.

Especially because I could be feeling at ease and confident one day, and completely turn around…
