Break Your Bad Habits, The Right Way
Habits, can make you or break you.
I was addicted to energy drinks. Monsters, Red Bulls and I knew it was unhealthy for me. I needed help to make me quit. I remember reading something about the lines that it makes your heartbeat irregular. That stuck with me. But not enough for me to quit.
For a long time, I would try and fail again and again. It was always just one more time excuse that would come up. Maybe there was an assignment I had to do late at night so I head to a cafe and pick one up and settle in for a study session.
This post I want to talk about is how to break those bad habits. Regardless of whatever the habit is, whether it’s drinking or playing too many video games when you should be studying or just compulsively biting your nails, you can break those bad habits as long as you take the challenge seriously.

What is Bad Habit?
In Charles Duhigg’s book “The Power of Habit”, he defines the habit as an ingrained pattern that has three stages.
