Our personal prison, in other words, the comfort zone; is the area in your life where everything is fine and monotonous. Sounds good, doesn’t it? But this zone started to hurt me and I decided to get out of this field. I tried and succeeded.

The comfort zone consists of your habits and routines. In this area, people do not like to take risks instead preferring to feel safe by the routines they have created.

Here’s a more detailed example:

Let's think of a student. If he's just a student going to and from school, he's in a comfort zone. But if he is a student who takes part in a social responsibility project or does research or tries to be useful to humanity while going to school, he has stepped out of his comfort zone. Make sure that people start out of their comfort zone. Well, aren’t we also a student of this life?

Another example; If you’re just trying to do the work you’ve been given, that’s your comfort zone. If you are identifying and doing things that you are not told but need to do, it is out of your comfort zone.

Dealing with nonsense with your friends is a comfort zone. But doing the right and useful things with them, reading a book is beyond the comfort zone. And development begins outside…
