How to Overcome Career Angst Using Carl Jung’s Character Archetypes

Career angst is something many of us will experience.
I know I have, more times than I can count at this stage in my life.
I spent the first decade of my working life, jumping all over the place. I worked started working in hospitality at the age of 15 and undertook a number of roles through the industry right up until I graduated from university. Then retail, customer service, and merchandising. When I got bored with that, I tried banking and finance — essentially, I just kept moving around, never feeling like it was the right fit, never enjoying my work, and never knowing what I should be doing.
Serendipitously, I landed in an industry I love. It all started when I was working a temp admin job and there was a company in the same building that caught my interest. There was always a lot going on, lots of laughter and the vibe just seemed good. So I Googled them, applied, and landed my first role as an employability advisor.
