I pledge to play

We humans are masterminds
at playing games
of all shapes and kinds
architects of brilliant stories
oh, how we love to showcase our man-made glories
some games, too strictly defined
sadly, theres not one character I want to be assigned
the stories we tell, trap us in boxes
I find myself caught in too many paradoxes
I crave a fresh narrative
one that pushes me to be explorative
I pledge to play
in games that don`t lead me astray
like a child, still crafting his way.
