Answering the who, what, where, why, when and how of the amazing species called ‘CuriouSapiens’.
Are you curious? Like truly truly curious? Like so curious that you tried making dalgona coffee just to see what the buzz was all about? Or just curious enough to try balancing the fan speed at 2.5 only to hit the sweet spot between too much and too little air? If your answer is yes, then you, my friend, are what we call a ‘CuriouSapien’.
In this blog, we’ll talk about Aditi, the founder of Curiousapiens, and her quest to form an army of curious students who are ready to take on the world! We’ll answer all the questions anyone might have about who can be a Curiousapien. Let’s get started.

What are Curiousapiens?
The species called Curiousapiens consists of any and every individual who is curious enough to explore the unexpected, answer the unanswerable and create the unimaginable. They are the dreamers and the doers, the ones who believe in idealism with just the right amount of realism and practicality.
Curiousapiens is a group of students who are using their curiosity to explore and decide on the kind of career they want to pursue and the life they want to live. Check us out here.
Who are Curiousapiens?
Anyone, literally anyone and everyone. No discrimination, just acceptance and lots of hugs! If there was a recipe to make a Curiousapien, that recipe would just be 7 cups of curiosity, 1 cup of willingness to explore, 1 cup of willpower and 1 cup of energy, all mixed up in one pan to create an amazing human being!
If you think you are curious, let me tell you that you’re already a Curiousapien. You probably didn’t know it yet. Don’t worry, we got you! They are also often found attending curious pursuit sessions by curious guides who are real professionals providing real exposure about different careers through fun activities! They may also be found networking, engaging in activities beyond the textbooks with other curious students from across India (and the world).
When did Curiousapiens become a thing?
Hmm… probably when the universe thought, “Hey, you know what would be fun? If we created a solar system with a Sun and planets, each with different qualities and different components.” Or maybe, it began when the early people rubbed rocks together to create fire, drew images on cave walls and realised how they can hunt and prepare dinner!
The point is, curiosity has always existed, since forever. But the potential of that curiosity has not been used in the education system as much as it should have been. That’s why Curiousapiens as a platform was created. It was built to prepare students with the skills required to build lives that they want to lead, professionally and personally. It was always a thing, but we made it the thing.
Why be a Curiousapien?
If you haven’t read our previous blog, let us reiterate that all roads to the happiness city pass through the station called curiosity. From success, to self-actualisation, curiosity is an overarching trait that helps us learn, grow and do better at all stages of our lives. Curiosity is the trait that led to all the great inventions we know of, from gravity to electricity, or even chocolate! It’s all curiosity!
Being curious i.e being open to learning, unlearning and exploring takes courage. It is basically admitting that you don’t know everything with the promise that you will make an effort to know better. Also, curiosity does great things for your careers! Being curious means you are unstoppable, your imaginations run wild and your genius mind is one that is always focused on innovation — all of which is basically what you need to succeed!

But it’s still rare. Can you believe it? This is because the only way to keep this species alive is to keep our minds open. The more you use your curiosity to explore diverse realms, the more this species prospers.
