That JLo glow has officially been bottled — it’s just one product in a new skincare brand from Jennifer Lopez that launched in late 2020. Meet JLo Beauty, a 7-product line focused on anti-aging benefits and, of course, glowing skin.

If your primary skin concerns are dryness and signs of aging, JLo Beauty was made with you in mind. Each product is packed with moisturizing ingredients — especially olive oil, a deeply hydrating occlusive ingredient that also has antioxidant properties.

Wondering which of JLo’s high-end skincare products are right for you? I broke it down and analyzed their formulas to figure out if they’re worth the celebrity price point.

JLo Beauty’s complete skincare line, reviewed.

That Jlo Glow

What it is: A luxury face serum with squalane and niacinamide designed to give you that signature glow Jennifer Lopez is known for. That said? It contains algin, which is known to be potentially irritating and pore-clogging — so skip this if you have acne-prone or sensitive skin.

At a glance

  • $118 for 1.5 oz
  • Ingredient shoutout: Squalane + Niacinamide
  • Ingredient callout: Algin (potentially pore-clogging and irritating)

That Blockbuster

What it is: This daily moisturizing cream gets its hydrating properties from squalane, glycerine, and JLo Beauty’s signature olive complex (their special blend of olive oil). It also contains glycine soja oil (soy bean oil), which is potentially pore-clogging, so skip this one if you’re acne-prone.

At a glance

  • $58 for 1.7 oz
  • Ingredient shoutout: Squalane + Glycerin
  • Ingredient callout: Glycine Soja Oil

That Hit Single

What it is: A gel cream cleanser with extracts of rice bran, coconut fruit, and Japanese knotweed root. It has a lightweight texture and won’t clog pores, so this is definitely an option for acne-prone skin.

At a glance

  • $38 for 5 oz
  • Ingredient shoutout: Glycerin + plant extracts
  • No callouts — good to go!

That Star Filter

What it is: This complexion booster works like a lightweight liquid highlighter. Use it two ways: 1) mix it into your moisturizer or foundation, or, 2) massage directly into the high points of your face. This product comes in 4 shimmery tones: Rose Gold, Pink Champagne, Rich Bronze, and Warm Bronze.

At a glance

  • $39 for 1 oz
  • Ingredient shoutout: mica gives this formula its shine
  • No callouts — good to go!

That Fresh Take

What it is: An eye cream with an ultra-hydrating base to help plump under-eyes. It contains algin, so avoid this if you’re concerned about irritation or breakouts.

At a glance

  • $48 for 0.5 oz
  • Ingredient shoutout: Glycerin, dimethicone, and tocopherol
  • Ingredient callout: Algin (potentially pore-clogging and irritating)

That Big Screen

What it is: A daily moisturizer with SPF 30 — perfect for everyday use. JLo herself says she’s been practicing sun protection since her last teens/early 20s. This face lotion blocks UV rays with a mix of chemical and physical sunscreens that absorb well into skin so makeup can be layered on top.

At a glance

  • $54 for 1.7 oz
  • Ingredient shoutout: SPF, hyaluronic acid, and bamboo extract
  • No callouts — good to go!

That Limitless Glow

What it is: A hydrating sheet mask for a celebrity self-care experience. This sheet mask has unique ear loops to help physically lift your skin and is soaked in an ampoule of the JLo Skincare serum. So It’s also a great option if you want to try That JLo Glow but are intimidated by the price point!

At a glance

  • $48 (3 ct)
  • Ingredient shoutout: Squalane + Niacinamide
  • Ingredient callout: Algin (potentially pore-clogging and irritating)

The bottom line

I think JLo’s skincare line can offer some potential benefits. Its serum and masks are an option for those who want to brighten their skin, since niacinamide can help improve the appearance of dark spots and uneven tones. That said? Only two of its products — the cleanser and the complexion booster — pass the CosDNA test. If you’re concerned about breakouts, some of the products in JLo Beauty’s skincare line might not be right for you (unless you’re a diehard Jennifer Lopez fan, of course).
