Account Merge Deprecation

To increase the velocity at which we can develop new features and improvements for CurseForge, we will be stopping support for Curse account logins on 11/14/2018. Users will be able to merge their Twitch and Curse accounts until the 14th, and after this point users will no longer be able to log into their Curse account to complete the merge.
