Two promotions at CV Labs
Tracy Trachsler and Nicolai Reinbold have been promoted to new roles at CV Labs. Both have been part of the team for several years and will help run and expand our ecosystem activities.
Please join us in congratulating Tracy Trachsler and Nicolai Reinbold on their well-deserved promotions at CV Labs. Recognizing their excellent contribution to running and expanding our ecosystem activities, both of them will be taking on new roles.
Tracy Trachsler, Managing Director
Tracy executes CV Labs’ overall strategy and oversees the company’s day-to-day operations as well as its global growth and positioning. Together with her team, she aims to establish CV Labs as the cornerstone of a vibrant blockchain ecosystem that actively engages all key stakeholders, from visionary entrepreneurs and corporates to government leaders and the public at large. Before joining CV Labs, she served as Head of Business Relations and Corporate Strategy for a Swiss software development and marketing firm, spearheading several digitalization and blockchain projects for clients such as Tommy Hilfiger. She also held previous positions at the Center for Security Studies (a renowned ETH Think Tank focused on international security policy) and the United Nations. She holds an MA in Global Economy & Strategy from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea and an MA in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Nicolai Reinbold, Global Head of Expansion & Innovation
Nicolai heads the international expansion and innovation activities at CV Labs, with the aim of establishing CV Labs as a leading player in the global blockchain space. He identifies new hubs, builds up local staff on the ground and helps with the initial setup until the team is up and running. In addition to expansion, he oversees various innovation efforts such as the global incubator and startup competitions. As an entrepreneur himself, he strives to curate the CV Labs incubation program with content that equips blockchain startups with the necessary tools to successfully scale and grow their businesses. Besides working at CV Labs, Nicolai co-owns an Asian-fusion take-away in the heart of Lucerne. He holds a BBA in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland and serves as a mentor for UC Berkley’s Blockchain Accelerator.
