CVAT.ai Joins Google Summer of Code 2024!
We’re glad to share that CVAT.ai has officially joined the Google Summer of Code 2024 (GSoC 2024)! This achievement demonstrates our commitment to the fields of computer vision and machine learning through innovation and community-driven efforts.

Engage: For any inquiries, feel free to reach out to our Google group or use the contact information on the CVAT GSoC Page
Make a Proposal: Develop a comprehensive proposal that details your project idea, goals, proposed timeline, and how it fits with CVAT’s objectives. Engage with potential mentors and our community for feedback. To connect to the community, please, join our CVAT.ai Google Group.
If necessary, share your CV and additional information at cvat-gsoc-2024@cvat.ai. Note, that this does not replace the formal GSoC application process, which is the next step.
Upon reviewing your proposal, mentors may reach out for further dialogue, potentially including a video call. Successful discussions could lead to mentor endorsement for your formal GSoC application.
Remember, a mentor’s endorsement is a positive step but doesn’t guarantee acceptance into GSoC, whereas not having it may lessen your chances.
Apply through GSoC: Adhere to the application process as outlined by GSoC, showcasing your enthusiasm and dedication to open-source development.
