On-chain quests

This short article summarizes what you need to know about the airdrop dApp we released!

Duration and allocation
The quests will last longer than initially planned, allowing newcomers to accomplish as much of them as possible.
Duration: 24 weeks (end of cvgCycle 24 — July 18th)
Allocation: 750,000 CVG
Points
A point system is used to compute users’ future airdrop share.
By interacting on-chain with the Convergence protocol, users score points depending on their actions.
Users will be rewarded depending on their rank on the leaderboard once the quests are over.
Quests breakdown
Voting campaign:

Bonds campaign:
TOTAL POINTS: 2070 pts

Locking campaign:
TOTAL POINTS: 1000 pts
TASKS: 12
New! ➡️ Extending an already existing lock will be considered.
Staking campaign:
TOTAL POINTS: 1500 pts
TASKS: 18
New! ➡️ The USD value retained will be the total value of all staking positions;
New! ➡️ The USD value retained will be the one at the end of the 6 Cycles (minimum duration of staking needed to complete staking quests).
⚠️ For all quests, points are cumulative.
For example, converting 10,000 SDT to cvgSDT will earn you a total of 100 points (10 + 20 + 30 + 40).
Leaderboard
The maximum amount of points that one can earn is 5,080. A leaderboard will be used to distribute CVG allocations with the following rules:
- If the top 80 has more than 66% of the maximum points amount, a top 250 leaderboard will be used;
- If the top 80 has less than 66% of the maximum points amount, a top 500 leaderboard will be used.
Top 250 leaderboard distribution:
👑Top 1–3 = 8% = 60,000 CVG = 20,000 CVG per user
Top 4–10 = 8 % = 60,000 CVG = 8,571 CVG per user
Top 11–25 = 15 % = 112,500 CVG = 7,500 CVG per user
Top 26–60 = 19 % = 142,500 CVG = 4,071 CVG per user
Top 61–120 = 20% = 150,000 CVG = 2,500 CVG per user
Top 121–250 = 30% = 225,000 CVG = 1,730 CVG per user
Top 500 leaderboard distribution:
👑Top 1–3 = 6 % = 45,000 CVG = 15,000 CVG per user
Top 4–10 = 7 % = 52,500 CVG = 7,500 CVG per user
Top 11–25 = 8 % = 60,000 CVG = 4,000 CVG per user
Top 26–60 = 12 % = 90,000 CVG = 2,571 CVG per user
Top 61–120 = 13% = 97,500 CVG = 1,625 CVG per user
Top 121–220 = 17% = 127,500 CVG = 1,275 CVG per user
Top 221 -350 = 18% = 135,000 CVG = 1,038 CVG per user
Top 351–500 = 19% = 142,500 CVG = 950 CVG per user
Vesting & penalty
Duration: 60 days
Cliff: 20% of the allocation
Penalty: applied on claims before the end of the vesting duration
20% of the airdrop allocation will be claimable on day 1, and the remaining 80% will be available linearly over 60 days. However, claiming tokens before the end of the vesting period will result in the remaining tokens being lost. These tokens will be sent back to the DAO treasury.
For example, if one is eligible for 7,500 CVG:
Claim day 1 = 1,500 CVG;
Claim day 10 = 2,500 CVG;
Claim day 30 = 4,500 CVG;
Claim day 45 = 6,000 CVG;
Claim day 60 = 7,500 CVG.
