Artist Interviews #8 Chilean Artist, based in, Santiago, Chile, Painting & Drawing: Andriel Tabrax
Andriel Tabrax is a Neo Pop, Neo Romantic and Post-Impressionist artist in the painting field. He makes mosaics that look like photos with distance and just stains if you get close in a Post-Impressionist way. He works with digital images too. He studied design at Pontifical Catholic University, but didn’t finish because he did not like it and the environment was too snob. Then he studied Fine Arts at University of Chile where he got his Bachelor and then his Title as professional Artist. He loves Pop culture and tries to represent the Pop culture of today in a contemporary and colorful way. He lives in Santiago, Chile, expecting for his career to make “Pop”. He also is a writer and has some books written but not published.
