When research was being conducted on drilling and the process known as fracking, the findings from the interviews of those who live near drilling sites are terrifying — their wells are contaminated, residents can actually set their tap water on fire, etc. Visits to sites in Colorado, Wyoming, and Texas yielded similar horrific findings.
