Thinking of solar system? Why not??? As of today, there are almost 24 coal stations that account for almost 78 per cent of Australia’s overall electricity generation. Eventually, they are responsible for emitting almost sheer portion of 530 Mt (million tons) of overall CO2 production according to September 2019’s Australian government report. Hence, saving Australia from such mass production of carbon dioxide due to the synergic effect of coal producing electricity can be as ghastly as you could ever imagine!!!

On top of that, most of these coal power stations are too old to be retrofitted with CCS technology (carbon capture & storage). Some of them do already own the mundane technologies that are too tough to poise. Therefore, their regulation to offset carbon dioxide is utterly hopeless.

Sometimes, draining water from the coal mine becomes crucial and thus, leads to drying out of fishing and swimming spots on some regional rivers. Alas! Agricultural and farmlands get heavily affected.

Therefore, solar energy system is the only viable alternative form of energy that can save our planet, especially Australia from emitting enormous amount of CO2. Could you imagine that over 2 million homes are already equipped with solar PV system, and most of the Aussies these days are no longer confined to only smaller solar systems, such as 1kW, 1.5kW or 2kW, but rather, they want to go with systems like 5kW, 6kW, 6.6kW or even 10kW depending on the size of the house and number of users.
