CYRUM SALE EVENT — Date and Details — Everything you need to know
It’s time for the mutant takeover. Read on for the exact date and details of the event.
In this release, we lay out all the details and instructions on how to participate in this Cyrum sale event.

- Tuesday, July 26th 1:00 PM UTC @ CyBall
- The purchase currency will be CBT in the form of a timed auction. Secondary sales (by users who manage to purchase) will still be in BNB or BUSD (fixed price) as per our NFT marketplace.
- The auction price will start at 5,000 CBT, going down to 1,000 CBT linearly over 3 days.
- The mutant series will have an initial release of 1,000 Cyrums.
- There are no purchase limits.
- Each mutant Cyrum will have its own unique appearance and certain trait/skill boosts.
- A mutant Cyrum can be applied to any CyBloc in-game.
- A mutant skin will be temporary, which will then expire after a certain amount of days.
📋Details
Cyrum is an NFT that will be sold on CyBall’s local marketplace as the first release and introduction of the many items in the CyBloc shop, a place where you can come and shop for the best skins, accessories and gear to build the best CyBall team.
The first of many potion releases of our limited edition skin sets, which have been meticulously detailed by our arts team, will soon be up for purchase and cast upon your CyBlocs to not only make them stand apart aesthetically from standard CyBlocs, but also give them unnatural strength…. at a cost.
What are the details that you need to be aware of?
The Cyrums will be up for purchase in the form of a timed auction on Tuesday, 26th July @ 1:00 PM UTC, starting at 5,000 CBT going down to 1,000 CBT linearly over 3 days.
There will be 1,000 Cyrums in total during the initial release, of which 100 will be reserved for community competitions and giveaways i.e 900 will be up for grabs on the marketplace.
How does Cyrum work?
There are 5 different “skin” classes of Cyrum that can be applied on any CyBloc in-game:
Once injected, Cyrum will transform your chosen CyBloc into a mutant with special appearance and an added boost (trait and skills) during matches. Note that a Cyrum can be applied onto any CyBloc of any class.
Specifically, beyond the cosmetic look, a Cyrum also provides the following boosts:
- An additional trait (from the existing set of 50 traits) — enabling CyBlocs to have up to four concurrent traits in a match. Note that duplicate traits will NOT stack.
- A boost to one random skill at a detriment of another random skill. The greater the class, the stronger the boost (and detriment), see table below.
All Cyrums at the start are generic (pre-reveal) items which are tradeable but not yet revealed or usable. The specific classes and effects of the Cyrums will reveal themselves at a later date (approximately mid-August), followed by in-game integration which will allow users to deposit Cyrum into the CyBall game to apply onto their CyBlocs. Note that the mutant skin is temporary which will expire after a certain amount of days.
How to participate on the day of the sale?
1. Requirements
- Crypto wallet (E.g. Metamask, Coin98 wallet, etc.)
- Enough $CBT to cover the costs of Cyrums
- Some BNB in your wallet to cover gas fee
2. Purchase your Cyrum
- Navigate to https://app.cyball.com/#/marketplace/cyrums
- Connect your wallet
- Select [Cyrums] tab (indicated in the picture below)
- (Optional) Filter by $CBT
- Choose any Cyrum to purchase, make sure to check the price and currency before buying
- Click the [Buy Now] button and then [Confirm] the transaction in your crypto wallet
3. View purchased Cyrum(s) in Profile
- After purchasing on Marketplace, navigate to the Profile tab on CyBall Page (wallet must still be connected)
- You should be able to see the purchased Cyrum(s) within your Profile -> Cyrums tab
4. Sell your Cyrum
- Once you have secured a Cyrum, you can also list it back onto the marketplace
- Click directly onto the Cyrum within your Profile -> Cyrums tab
- Select [Sell Now]
- List your Cyrum by entering the sell price in BNB or BUSD. Note that when listed, it will be at a FIXED price, not timed auction.
- (First-time only) Click [Approve Token] button to approve the marketplace contract to sell your Cyrum.
- Click [Sell] to confirm the listing onto the marketplace.
- Once confirmed, your Cyrum (e.g. Cyrum #3017) should now be seen on the marketplace.
🎉 Cyrum Competitions & Giveaway Winners
As mentioned, during this period we are currently running many competitions and giveaways in our Discord. All winners will be able to get their hands on Cyrum shortly after the Sale Day.
We will whitelist the addresses that have been provided to us by the winners as part of our competitions and giveaways and distribute Cyrums directly to the winners.
