What a year! It has been almost a year since Catze Labs teamed up for the Cyber Galz NFT project. From there, our journey has continued with the genesis NFT sales, a series of Galz crafting events, and our recent achievements, the closed beta launch of TROUBLE PUNK: Cyber Galz. We appreciate our dear communities and partners who have given us full support.
Today, we are excited to announce that Catze Labs partners with Oasys, a blockchain developed specifically for the gaming community. Our esteemed partner is led by a team of blockchain experts and joining forces with the biggest gaming company names to serve as the initial validators; Oasys aims to revolutionise the gaming industry with its EVM compatible and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) based eco-friendly blockchain. Under the objectives to create an ecosystem for gamers and developers to accelerate mass adoption of blockchain gaming, Oasys has gone hand in hand with the number of globally-acclaimed game giants including Square Enix, Mythical Games, Bandai Namco, SEGA, thirdverse, UBISOFT, Wemade, Neowiz, Com2us, netmarble and others. Catze Labs will work closely with Oasys to cultivate both parties’ ecosystems by sharing Catze’s quality game products with novel deflationary token economy and eye-catching DAO-based Jury Trial sessions. As Catze Labs won first place at Oasys Game Pitch Event in Seoul in Aug 2022 for its game TROUBLE PUNK: Cyber Galz, the team’s excellence in product development is recognized by Oasys. Aside from integrating Oasys with Yooldo, we will team up with Oasys to leverage the value of Oasys’ solutions to build both Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 developer-friendly ecosystems. Oasys team’s superb experiences and expertise in Web 2.0 games will allow a blockchain game ecosystem to make exponential growth in terms of all aspects of product and community development. We are truly excited to be part of the Oasys ecosystem.
TROUBLE PUNK: Cyber Galz, the first game on Yooldo platform, is a fighting action game of the Battle Royale genre. In addition to its outstanding game quality, the game features the deflationary reward token economy and DAO-based abuser-filtering system. It also supports both P2E and F2E formats, which enables users to join league play as per their preference.
Catze Labs recently completed its first closed beta test of Trouble Punk: Cyber Galz. During the 8-day of the closed beta test, about 2K users joined 33K+ gameplays in total. Among them, 66% are recurring users. The team is gearing up for its successful open beta later this year. Besides the game launch, a series of community events with 9,999 customisable Galz NFT will take place to implement its mission “If it’s not fun, it’s not worth doing it.”
