We at CyberFi Samurai are thrilled to announce an exciting new DeFi protocol, FlashLoans.com, will be launching their native $Flash token with an IDO on Samurai. The IDO will run from Sunday, October 31, 11:00 UTC and conclude on Monday, November 1, 11:00 UTC. All stakers at Ninja tier (100 $CFi) and above are eligible to enter this lottery-based IDO.

People utilize the platform to build and execute flash loan backed trades through a simple UI. Flashloans.com will also be adding an additional layer of functionality with their native $Flash tokens that allow users access to bespoke flash loan analytics.
What are Flash Loans?
Flash Loans are the first uncollateralized loan options in DeFi. Originally designed for developers, flash loans enable you to borrow instantly and easily with no collateral needed provided the liquidity is returned to the pool within one transaction block. If this does not happen, the whole transaction is reversed and the actions executed up to that point are effectively undone. This automatic transaction reversal guarantees the safety of the funds in the reserve pool. Most usage of flash loans center around arbitrage opportunities; however, there are many more use cases including collateral swapping and self-liquidation.

Flash loans are still in their infancy and platforms that offer flash loan services are still few and far between. Flashloans.com aims to bring flash loans to the average DeFi user through an easy-to-use UI and an analytics platform that is easy to understand.
To utilize a flash loan on Flashloans.com, one would just have to connect their MetaMask to the platform, identify a flash loans opportunity using the in-house analytics tool, build the flash loan using the flashloans.com tool, and then complete the transaction.
Flashloans.com has already integrated the biggest players in DeFi on the Ethereum network including Aave, Uniswap, SushiSwap, 1inch and many more. They have also been awarded DeFi ecosystem grants from Aave and MStable.
$Flash Token
$FLASH is an ERC-20 token that will serve as your gateway to the flashloans.com platform. Complete tokenomics can be found on the flashloans.com site.
$FLASH will be used for ‘mining’ as users gain token rewards simply by using the platform. The more flash loan trades you complete, the more $FLASH you earn. The token will also give holders access to advanced analytics, reduced fees, and DeFi exclusive opportunities. Staking single-side $FLASH or providing liquidity will also allow holders to farm more token rewards.
Participation on Samurai
All tiers will have the chance to get in on the flashloan.com IDO on Sunday, October 31, 11:00 UTC.
$CFi stakers in the Emperor and Shogun tiers will be automatically whitelisted to take part in this IDO. Stakers in the Ninja, Ronin, and Samurai tiers are eligible to enter a lottery for an IDO allotment.
Whitelisting for the Flashloans.com IDO lottery can be done through the Samurai Dashboard beginning Friday, October 29, 6:00 UTC and running until Saturday, October 30, 23:00 UTC. Successfully whitelisted individuals will have until Sunday, October 31 to complete KYC in order to participate in the IDO.
Whitelisted participants will be able to purchase a $200 to $500 BUSD allotment of $FLASH tokens at the public IDO price of $0.05 each on a first-come first-served basis.
$FLASH IDO tokens have NO VESTING and 100% of tokens purchased through Samurai will be available to investors 15 minutes after the token’s Uniswap listing on Monday, November 1, 13:00 UTC.
