Plethori, The First Decentralized Cross-Chain Investment Platform for Open Trading and Creation of Trustless ETFs, has announced that they will collaborate with the Samurai Launchpad for their $PLE token offering on April 20th 09:00 AM UTC on Samurai followed by the Token Generating Event on May 3rd, at 02:00 PM UTC. The $PLE token is being offered on the Samurai Platform with a $50,000 USD Allocation for the CyberFi/Samurai Community.

· Whitelist: April 12th, 2:00 PM UTC to April 16th, 2:00 PM UTC. (Closed)
· Whitelist & Allocation Announcement: April 17th at 2:00 PM UTC.
· KYC for lottery winners: April 17th at 2:00 PM UTC to April 18th 9:00 PM UTC
· Samurai IDO: April 20th, 9:00 AM UTC to 9:00 PM UTC. (12 Hours) : Date has changed, allows for longer IDO Time Frame for Participation. After discussion with the Plethori Team.

Users can verify if they have won a Lottery Ticket by searching for their Ethereum Address on the document. (Use CTRL+F to Search)
If you successfully make it on the list, we will email you at the corresponding email you provided on the whitelist application (Check Spam & Promotions Folder). If you did not receive an email, please reach out to us on Telegram.
KYC:
All winners will be required to complete KYC as per the IDO rules. Users have 22 hours to complete the form. Users may edit the KYC information as required: only complete the KYC Form once.

Ethereum addresses provided can NOT be an exchange wallet or a wallet you DO NOT own. The Ethereum address you enter MUST be the wallet you used for $CFI Staking, and MUST match your Whitelist & KYC Documents if you are a selected winner.
KYC verification is required and jurisdictional restrictions apply. No US or users from UN-Sanctioned and US-Sanctioned countries are allowed to participate.

As per the IDO Schedule, we will open the Samurai Plethori Portal to allow users to participate.
Participation: April 20th, 09:00 AM UTC to 9:00 PM UTC. (12 Hours)
Users must send in the corresponding USDT Funds within this period.
Users WILL need ETH for Gas Fees for both Approval, Send, & Claim.
This is not FCFS and NO gas wars will take place.
If any amount has not been claimed, the Samurai Fund will buy this remaining amount, and airdrop this in a separate event to the community.
Below we outline the Step-By-Step Guide.
Only whitelisted wallets will be able to connect and send funds to the Plethori Participation Portal.
Step-By-Step Guide:
Step 1:
Check to confirm your wallet has been whitelisted

Use CTRL + F to pull up a search bar and input your address. Google Form to be posted on Telegram upon Announcement of Whitelist Winners.
If you are not on this list, you didn’t win a Lottery Entry for the IDO.
Step 2:
At the time of the Sale, Visit https://Samurai.cyberfi.tech.
Step 3:
Click on IDO Page that represents the IDO you are participating in.
Step 4:
Connect your wallet you used to stake CFI and that has funds going to be used for the sale.
Step 5:
Once your wallet is connected, the next steps are to approve the Samurai Launchpad to interact with your wallet. Your allocation amount will be visible under “Allocation”. You can now pre-approve the transaction to participate and spend the USDT funds in your wallet.
You will need to approve the approval transaction and wait for this to be completed on the blockchain. Needs 1 confirmation.
Step 6:
Participate by clicking the Participate button.
It will then prompt you to enter an amount within the Minimum & Maximum of the Allocation.
There will be an Approval Fee and Transaction Fee (Both in ETH).
You have to Confirm both.
Step 6:
Once all of the above steps have been completed, and you have sent in the USDT funds. You have successfully participated in the IDO.

Important Notes:
· Only Send Funds from the Wallet used in the form and staked the tokens from.
· This is NOT FCFS.
· Don’t Rush!!
· Users need ETH for Gas Fees.
· Users need USDT to participate.
· Users MUST Claim the Tokens from the Samurai Platform. They will NOT be sent to a users wallet.
