In the first of a new series, Samurai Spotlight, we at Samurai Starter are pumped to unveil the outstanding first-person shooter (FPS) play-to-earn game (P2E), Inwarium Online. In this spot we will take a look at what their team is building, the upcoming roadmap, and we will also get some insight on the project from the team themselves.

“Expect the unexpected,” was how co-founder Tomislav Horovskij summed up his upcoming P2E FPS game, Inwarium Online. Added partner, Robert Puskaric, “Through our various game modes, we are confident that we will be a major player in the evolution of the P2E space.” The Inwarium Online team has great expectations and they’re backing that up with a great looking game. When discussing the game they left their day jobs for last year, the duo exudes confidence and excitement. “We are building the game of our dreams, the kind of game we would really like to play ourselves. Precisely because we care so much that everything is perfect, we will have an unbelievable product.” Toma’s eyes light up as he describes his aim for the game. “Indeed, if you want to be on top, you have to dedicate 100% of your time, energy, strength (and finances) to achieve that goal,” Robert adds with equal exuberance.

The team at Inwarium Online have been building their dream relentlessly for over a year and, now, they are ready to unleash their creation on the GameFi space. The game combines a robust dual-token token economy with NFT weapons of different rarities in a variety of battlefield arenas and game modes. These modes include ‘Quarantine Mode’ in single-player and co-op, ‘Team Deathmatch’ and ‘Free-for-All’ with ‘Battle Royale’ and ‘Capture the Flag’ coming in the near future.

The native $IWR utility and governance token (500m max supply) and the $WP in-game reward token combine to create a token economy that will stand the test of time. $IWR can be staked to not only provide staking rewards, but to also hand DAO governance rights to the community. With these voting rights, the community will have a say in the future direction of the game, including, but not limited to, new arenas, characters, and tournaments to be hosted. The $IWR token will also be used to purchase in-game NFTs on their integrated marketplace.

The Croatian tandem get particularly excited when talking about their unique betting system for PVP (player versus player) games. “It will be a betting system based on skill between players and clans,” Robert explains, “We are giving the opportunity for skilled players to earn more tokens and show off their skills.” Tomislav assures novice players not to worry as the game will be fun and rewarding for all skill levels, “How often have you wanted to play a game with your friends for money? We are giving you an opportunity to take tokens from your friends!” (Author’s Note: Watch out for these guys on the battlefield as one of them is a former European champion in a leading FPS title!)

The team at Inwarium Online are jacked to share their P2E FPS with the entire crypto and gaming space. “We believe the entire gaming industry will be based on the P2E model in the future and we are hyped to be at the very beginning of a new era in gaming.” Watch out for a lot of exciting news related to the game and the token launch in the weeks ahead and look for the game to be live in Q3 this year.
