CyberMiles 2.0 Timelines

The CyberMile’s 2.0 hard fork upgrade demands a collaborative effort, including various tasks and responsibilities. Given the constraints inherent to its decentralized nature and blockchain technology, we ask that nodes, blockchain users, and other partners acknowledge and work together to support this enhancement.

Timelines (All times are UTC)

25th of September, 2:00 AM Stop CyberMiles 1.0 network and its associated RPC services and take snapshots of blockchain data at final block heights.

25th-27th of September, 2:00 AM Undergo a 48-hour hard fork upgrade. Please noted that the timeline may shift earlier or later based on real-time progress.

27th of September, 2:00 AM: CyberMiles 2.0 network and its associated service and products will be active.

The hard fork Upgrade process is complete

For Service Partners (e.g. exchanges, wallets):

Suspend all the chain transactions before the upgrade initiation and completion to prevent potential data issues.

After the upgrade, we will deploy the CyberMiles 2.0 Synchronization Node and Verification Node.

For Users

Refrain from any transfers or pair operation during the upgrade; keep your private key safely (not the backup phrase).

After the upgrade, import your private key into Metamask, incorporate the CyberMiles 2.0 network, and resume service as usual.

No additional steps are required. Don’t share your private key or assets with anyone.

There won’t be any change on your private key, address and asset amount. If you have any questions, you can ask in the community and await a response. More detail will be released in the further article.
