CyberExam is a platform that can also be used to find the right candidates in cyber security recruitment interviews.

The main problems it solves for this scenario at this stage are as follows:

1. Time

As you know, hundreds of applications are received during the recruitment process. It’s really a waste of time to analyze them one by one and see if they fit your needs.

In addition, asking the right questions and analyzing the answers in the interviews held are of particular importance.

At the same time, the stress of the interviewer makes this job much more difficult and he cannot show his|her abilities in a real sense.

CyberExam solves all these problems with the “Advanced Reporting and Applied Test Environments” that it provides.

In this context, our client received 47+ applications for the job interview he published. The lab environment created in accordance with the business model and needs has been communicated to these people.

Separate environments for all exam takers are automatically created in complete isolation. These virtual environments were recorded and user behaviors were analyzed.

Thanks to the reports presented, the details of this process were shared.

At the end of the day, our client had the chance to choose the best candidate by managing time more efficiently.
