How I gather my data and use it.


I love data about myself, but I hate to manually adding them. Every time I find a new way to automatically collect data I get really excited.

I currently track my steps and sleep via UP band which works really well. Just wish that I didn’t have to tell UP band when I’m asleep or awake (Jawbone please make it switch mode automatically). I track my checkins via Checkie (Checkin tool using foursquare API) or Path. Would love if my iPhone had enough battery to make Uber Checkin auto check me in.

All my steps, sleeps and checkins, FB statuses goes into my Google calendar.

I’m currently looking for ways to collect my mood and other emotional data.
