World Photography Day 2022: Creative Hangout at Cyclers Studio
The creative hangout hosted by Cyclers Studio to commemorate world photography day was the first of its kind. Although it was a day to recognise and celebrate photographers, other creatives were allowed to register for the hangout.
The hangout was tagged, sip and shoot. The studio was creatively decorated to depict the agenda. Despite being the first of its kind, the event was a great success with attendees and other people looking forward to another edition. It was a blend of creativity, entertainment, education, and fun.

Interestingly, the event was graced with distinguished personalities like John Iyoha, a business consultant, Itoto Emmanuel (CEO of Engraced events) and some of his team members, Adebayo Abayomi (the lead creative of Adebayomi), marosaha, luckyanointed, merit’s coulture, creativity by gracious, Kesomem, just to mention a few.
The event started with an opening remark by John Iyoha after which the attendees excitedly introduced their partners after a few minutes of networking. The manager (Mary Odogbo) also gave a speech which was followed by a talk show.
Esosa Asowata was the host of the event and anchor of the talk show. The segment featured Adebayo Abayomi who spoke on “the place of collaboration in the creative industry”. He talked about the benefits and demystified several myths about collaboration; like the school of thought, that collaboration reduces profit or makes you lose your clients. He concluded the segment by encouraging creatives not to lose their uniqueness amidst collaborating with others.
The climax of the event was the sip and shoot segment where a few photographers were asked to take a portrait photo of a model (Shuntell Ezomo) to depict a warrior princess.

Other activities were also featured, like games (monopoly, cards, ludo and more), timeout with the 360 photo booth, and an exhibition.
