“Our goal is to bring engineering to important social problems, to build useful tools and solutions that can scale to meet the needs of many” — Priscilla Chan, Co-Founder of CZI

Hi, I’m Kristin! I manage the User Experience Research team for CZI’s Science Initiative and am currently part of the team at the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing. This event is an opportunity for women in tech to come together to inspire, support, and educate one another.

The first day of the conference has already been terrific getting to meet so many women from a variety of backgrounds and experiences to discuss the impact we’re collectively and individually having on technology. And it’s a privilege meeting so many women starting out their journeys in tech and computing. When mentoring other women starting their careers or embarking on career transitions in tech, it puts into perspective just how valuable sharing our experiences with one another truly is.

If you’re at Grace Hopper, stop by and say hello to us in the exhibitor hall (booth #6644). We’d love to meet you and share how we are using technology to scale social change and build a future for everyone.
