6. Enroll Learners.
- Enrolling users to our particular training can be done by clicking the button “Add members” located at the top right of the interface.
- After clicking the “Add members” button u will get the interface like these below,
You can find users to be added to the training by entering the first letters of their name in the autocomplete field.
- In available option, you can see the matching user's name.you can select one or more users of them and move them in to “selected options” by clicking the arrow located between the boxes.
- Then, you can click on send invitation button. or if you need to add any custom message, you can click on “notify users?” and then add a message below the box and then u can click the send invitation button.
Note: If you need to add the users who do not have any user account, you can directly add some user by clicking “create new users” in the “add members interface”.
Then select “Create new users” in the popup that appears:
And then enter a username and email address of the new user by clicking on the “Create new user” account. The user will be created and immediately added to the training.
And the added new users will get the notification email with the link for the particular training.
