Building Bonds: A Joyous Recap of Dable’s Unforgettable Celebration!
March marked a special occasion at the Dable office in Korea as we came together to celebrate birthdays, welcome new team members, and honor work anniversaries. The energy was infectious, and our event poster set the tone with vibrant spring vibes that got all the dablers excited!
The festivities kicked off with lively music that got everyone grooving, courtesy of Sunghyun from the Product team. And what’s a party without delicious food? We made sure to treat everyone to mouthwatering delights like pizza and grilled chicken, accompanied by refreshing beverages that kept our spirits soaring. It was the perfect opportunity to mingle, connect, and just enjoy each other’s company.
In our ongoing quest to promote work-life balance, we’ve been experimenting with bi-weekly Fridays off since the start of the year. Our CEO, Chaehyun Lee, announced an extension of this initiative by another month, underscoring our commitment to employee well-being. Plus, we introduced “refreshment vacations” for those celebrating their 3rd, 5th, and 7th work anniversaries. It was heartening to see two of our colleagues take the stage to accept well-deserved recognition and appreciation.
The atmosphere was nothing short of joyous, with the office buzzing with activity like never before. We wrapped up the celebration with a group photo session, capturing memories that will last a lifetime.
We understand that joining a new team can be a tad daunting, but the new dablers commented, ”Despite feeling a bit awkward, we had a great opportunity to mingle and get to know each other. We believe that this opportunity to connect and build relationships is invaluable.” That’s why at Dable, we foster strong team spirits through regular company events, both regional and global, to create synergy and strengthen bonds.
