[Dable Perks and Benefits] Dabler, Be the Expert!

There are keywords that always appear in the vision of Dable. It is “Dabler”, which means a memeber of the Dable Team. Over the past few years, Dable has provided benefits to Dablers such as meals, snacks, flexible working hours, remote work once a week, and supporting self-development as we value each individual Dablers to be the biggest asset of the company. An upgraded benefit program was newly established in the “Self-Development Support” section. It is a project to become a Team where “Dabler” can grow and be happy, “Dabler, Be the Expert!”

“Dabler, Be the Expert!” is a program for all Dabler’s “self-development and growth”. First, Dablers decide what kind of specialist they want to become in the next three to five years, and then they will apply the program that meets that goal.

GOAL

We support all Dablers to become the best experts in their respective fields! (If you do not know what you want to become or what you need, you will have a chance to discuss with our senior managers who are the experts of the field.)

STEP

1. Determine your career goals.
   (E.g. Data Scientist, IT Service Planning Specialist, Digital Media Strategist, etc.)
2. Set goals for the first half of the year in order to become an expert in that field.
3. Set the time frame to achieve the goal, the amount needed to achieve the goal, and select the program.
   * The formats are very liberal such as books, online or offline lessons, internal seminars, and any other formats.
