There are keywords that always appear in the vision of Dable. It is “Dabler”, which means a memeber of the Dable Team. “Dabler, Be the Expert!” is a program for all Dabler’s “self-development and growth”. First, Dablers decide what kind of specialist they want to become in the next three to five years, and then they will apply the program that meets that goal.

- Determine your career goals.
(E.g. Data Scientist, IT Service Planning Specialist, Digital Media Strategist, etc.)
- Set goals for the first half of the year in order to become an expert in that field.
- Set the time frame to achieve the goal, the amount needed to achieve the goal, and select the program.
