Dable’s work-from-home program lets dablers telecommute once a week and take up to 10 remote work days each year. We empower our employees to work in an environment that suits them best.

With our flexible work options, individuals have endless possibilities to come up with creative ideas and perform more efficiently and effectively.
Revitalize Your Work with Workation: Never Get Tired of Your Job Again!
A group of dablers had a workation experience in Gangneung Jumunjin last February. They found the scenery of the sea to be calming and it helped reduce their stress levels. The working space provided everything they needed, including free coffee, snacks, and decaffeinated tea for those who are sensitive to caffeine. The workstations were equipped with independent partitions, Artemide lighting, large monitors, and standing desks, making it comfortable for them to work. The good air quality and environment made them more enthusiastic and creative.
After working for about two hours, they went to nearby restaurants for lunch. They ate fresh grilled fish and seaweed soup with sea urchin, which gave them a hearty feeling throughout the afternoon. In the evening, they had dinner near the Jumunjin market with raw fish, feeling the energy of the East Sea fully. They enjoyed the charm of workation and the next day was a holiday, so they could fully explore Jumunjin and Gangneung.
They were very satisfied with the work-from-home and welfare systems of the company. Above all, they had a unique experience of blending work and travel harmoniously. Workation provided them with an opportunity to see wonderful seas and recharge.
