Vietnam Focus Brands(VFB) is a multi-disciplinary media company providing communication services for many industries, especially real estate. One of the brands that VFB had to advertise was the Manor Central Park. The park located in Nguyen Xien, Hanoi received a total investment of up to USD 1.9 billion and is a joint residential project led by Bitexco and Mitsubishi investors. The township offers a variety of living solutions ranging from studio apartments to luxurious villas and is oriented towards building an urban community that can easily access Hanoi’s central districts including prosperous shopping streets, vibrant nightlife and extensive internal parks with a scale of 90ha(222.395 ac)

VFB’s main objective was to find customers from the real estate industry, but finding new prospects appeared to be difficult and costly. CHALLENGE: Finding new leads

Attracting new customers remained a big concern for the client as the cost of acquiring potential real estate customers was not stable and rather increasing. This was also found to be the same case on other advertising platforms. SOLUTION: Optimize performance through A/B test + Set higher CPC + Simplify content on the landing page

  1. Optimizing creative performance based on A/B Tests: Underperforming content on the Dable widget was replaced or updated every 2 weeks to maintain the expected CTR(click-through rate) for better budget control and efficiency.
  2. Expand customer reach through higher CPC setting: By setting higher CPCs on relevant and premium publishers the brand not only reached more customers, but also ensured both ad delivery and cost control.
  3. Change content structure: Customers were guided to restructure the content on their landing page such as editing fonts, adding privacy policy as well as details that drive users to fill out information to optimize the page’s dwell time and bounce rate.

RESULT: Increased website visitors and customers

  • Generated more website visitors with a 30% lower CPC
  • Acquired customers with a 30% lower cost per conversion
