The first of our new fortnightly AMAs start tomorrow

While others fill the internet with noise and shill, DADI is head down in development — and our mainnet is now only weeks away from moving to live. With this in mind we want to open the doors even wider on our dev process and will be holding fortnightly AMAs with the senior DADI team.

Tomorrow will be the first, hosted by our CEO Joseph Denne and supported by principal engineers Arthur Mingard and Eduardo Boucas (plus me, DADI’s product director). These AMAs are scheduled to fall one day after our internal product status meetings, allowing us to select timely discussion points upon which to base your questions.

This week’s talking points include:

  • Use of NSQ to head off performance pinch points in the network
  • Moving away from Zookeeper to Consul to improve network scalability
  • Launch of CDN (v3.0), the first web service to be network-ready

The AMA will take place simultaneously across Telegram, Discord and Reddit, so do please select your comms weapon of choice and fire questions in time for 2.00pm UTC tomorrow — and join us live to see our answers.

Busy working/drinking coffee/online shopping tomorrow afternoon? Worry not, we’ll post a transcript right here on Medium and also (whisper it) on our all-new website, which you’ll be able to see for the first time tomorrow. We’ll generously accept questions on that too.

See you tomorrow we hope.

Written by Paul Regan. Paul is the Product Director at DADI.
