I wear a lot of hats, metaphorically. A husband, dad, employee, blogger, friend, and home chef. I share a lot about what I cook and eat and for inspiration I follow a lot of foodie people on Twitter. It’s a lot of fun to share ideas and recipes so I was thrilled when I stumbled into the #foodhat hashtag. Now it’s a permanent part of my online food posting wardrobe. Hashtags bring together common topics into an easy and searchable format on Twitter which is so essential to gleen the “good stuff” from your feed. Why it’s not called #foodchat is something Ma’ayan has explained here.

Here are some that I’ve posted recently:

Christening my new grill with some tasty BBQ ribs. Happy Memorial day. #foodhat http://instagram.com/p/Z1JtoOA0_d/

(Dry rub for a few hours, then slow cooked in the oven at 225 F for four hours, then finished on the grill with KC Masterpiece Hickory BBQ sauce.)
