Have you ever wanted to see a $300 cannabis cigar? If so, Harvest on Geary in San Fransisco is your kind of dispensary.

Where else can anyone 21+ load up cute wooden-handled metal baskets with all their favorite cannabis products straight off the shelf?

I absolutely would’ve taken photos inside, if allowed.

The rules were repeated many times for new customers:

  • No photos
  • No touching flower or pre-roll products — ask for help

The left wall displayed everything from an Artisan Canna Cigar — $287.56 — to devices formulated to stimulate arousal, passion, bliss or other equally enticing states of mind— $0.60-$1 per automatically measured dose.

Unsurprisingly, the staff were extremely attentive — asking if I needed help whenever I’d move to the next display — or 30 seconds had passed since they last checked in with me, whichever came first.

Inventory shrinkage must be a difficult issue on busy days with open shelves of small yet expensive products.

All flowers were available for purchase by non-medical customers (the “A” printed on the label stands for “Adult-use”), while some edibles were only available to customers with a medical referral.

A gram of Girl Scout Cookies from Northern Emeralds cost me $20, including recreational tax.

The right wall contained the wide variety of edible cannabis products available. It’s clear that edibles are a huge seller for Harvest. I really like their refrigerated section in the middle of the wall with several $20-$30 cannabis-infused beverage choices. Those baskets are there to be filled!

The little chocolate morsels shown above are Satori’s Cannabis-Infused Strawberries in Milk Chocolate.

This product, selected by my girlfriend, must be so new that it’s not even listed on Satori’s lab results.

Having only eaten half of the chocolates used for the photo shoot, I’m not sure about their effect, but they tasted fresh with no trace of cannabis.

I’ll be looking out for more products from Satori and Northern Emeralds in the future.

Harvest on Geary has a great selection for anyone 21+ looking for the latest and greatest cannabis products. The chic storefront and super attentive staff may be worth a premium and could be very enjoyable during less busy times.

I’ll return soon to check out their other offers.

Thanks for reading and feel free to respond below.

Stay tuned for more.
