Ever tried spinning or some endurance exercise in 6am or any early morning for you?

I did today after a long long time and it still felt exhausting. Exactly as I remember it. I mean more exhausting than afternoons or evenings with the same intensity.

Anyone any tips how to improve morning experience? It would certainly fit my schedule better nowadays.
