Ever since I recently read how the FDA is going after “Balance of Nature” Supplements, I’ve been wondering whether to stop taking the daily product myself.

I know they’re supposed to be a reputable organization and gatekeeper for the public, but sometimes I’m skeptical about the FDA’s skepticism.

For those who haven’t heard, there’s bad news for the popular Balance of Nature supplement that is being advertised over and over again in numerous television commercials.

The commercials show people from all walks of life, and maybe it’s just me, but they really sound believable — like real people and not actors.

Balance of Nature, is known for whole food supplements consisting of Fruits, Veggies, and Fiber & Spice .

Marketed to consumers as a Whole Health System, the advertisers infer that these supplements are a satisfactory replacement for real whole foods that people need to be eating to stay healthy.

In reality, on the label, they don’t truly tell you precisely what their product contains.
