As a longtime freelance writer and online content creator, writing and sharing my thoughts and views about life, is something that comes easy to me.
It’s been a joy, to be able to use the gift of writing as a way to share opinions, convey information, and help readers appreciate facts about the things I’ve learned or researched.
But more than anything, the greatest pleasure and most valuable use of my years and years of writing, has resulted in the benefits that came from journaling during all this time.
Daily journaling and writing for myself, as opposed to the stories I write for the public, is an activity that has helped empower me as a woman for the past 50 years!
In fact, I can honestly say that the formula for a more happy, healthy, and productive ME, has involved recognizing the value of notating the things that go on in my life, and examining how all the pieces fit together.
With the kind of empowerment that comes from regular (if not daily) journaling, you give yourself permission to think, feel, and react to things in life, without judgement.
