Why should you keep up with the stories you’ve been reading?

Sometimes, I like to stop and take inventory of what I’ve been reading, and who’s been doing the writing.

Recently, due to a change on Medium that is causing an *annoying situation, its become more important than ever, to remember the titles of stories you read.

Although I typically recall the content of the stories I read, and usually I can remember the titles, oftentimes, we writers tend to think alike, and all the stories, titles, and writers can start to get confusing.

👉 Does this question sound familiar to you, when you find yourself looking for something to read:

💭“Did I read that story already?”

You know those occasions I mean, when you land on a favorite writer’s profile and start scrolling through the titles you’ve already cracked open?

Well thanks to that annoying situation I already referenced, you practically have to have a memory like an elephant, if you don’t want to click on titles inadvertently.
