Do you take your simple liberties for granted?

I got up this morning and went outside for a walk, without anyone’s permission. I’m not a prisoner, or in the military, and I live in sunny California, where I’m free to come and go as I please.

I don’t have to dodge bombs or debris, or choke from the constant smoke that comes with living in a war zone…
