Spinach Mint Tartlets
No Dipping Required!
One staple at most parties is a good spinach dip, but dip bowls can get messy. So how can you improve on the classic…. serve individual spinach dips in their own little phyllo shells! Guests will love these bite sized appetizers and the best part is, most of the work can be done in advance so you don’t have to stress out right before the party.
“A perfect way to show the versatility of the Daily Lift® supplement!”
1 box (9 oz.) Frozen Chopped Spinach
12 oz. Light Sour Cream
1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
1 package Vegetable Soup & Dip Mix
2 servings WIN Worldwide’s Daily Lift® Cool Mint supplement
30 Mini Phyllo Shells
Start out by cooking your spinach based on the directions on the box. Once the spinach is done cooking, let it cool completely. Once cooled, squeeze out all of the excess juices. I do this by placing the spinach in some paper towels and squeezing the juices out. You have to use several rounds of dry paper towels to really get the extra juice out. When your spinach is drained, combine the spinach with 12 oz. sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 package of Vegetable Soup & Dip Mix, and 2 servings of Daily Lift® Cool Mint supplement. Be sure to combine thoroughly. Then chill mixture for about 2 hours. This is great because it means you can prepare your mixture in advance so you aren’t scrambling right before the get together. When you’re ready to serve, fill your phyllo shells with a little bit of the mixture and voila! Another great way to serve that’s even less time consuming is to serve the spinach/mint mixture as a dip with tortilla chips.
