Almost all of us, at some point in our careers, conclude that we want to be successful. Better positions, higher salaries, and more prestigious projects. In short, more power. The problem is that many people who achieve all this still need more fulfillment. What is the problem?

The delusion of success

I don’t know about you, but it was a success for me. Splendor, excellent salaries, positions. In a sense, this is true. It is a certain measure of PROFESSIONAL success. After all, greater responsibility and more challenging projects show trust in my skills. And yet, there was still a feeling of emptiness inside me.

This way is a vicious circle. At some point, we come to the end of our capabilities. It is not due to a lack of competence. You can always pick them up. Time, health, and relationships with loved ones and family are limitations. Work is an integral part of life and takes a significant amount of time. After all, time is the only good we can’t get back. We can make up for lost money, buy back items, and no one will give us back time.
