Every project, everything in your life has stakeholders. It’s important to properly manage them because they can have a strong impact on what you’re doing.
First, let’s understand who the stakeholder is. You can’t manage something or someone if you don’t understand it. Right?
A stakeholder is a person, group or organization that is affected by the project (positively or negatively) or can affect your project (positively or negatively)
As you can see it’s important to find and identify your stakeholders as soon as possible. What’s more, you can’t just do it once and forget about it. You have to repeat this process throughout the duration of the project.
During the project, you can meet new stakeholders and every new stakeholder can bring new requirements and new possible risks. The later you learn about it, the harder it is to control it.
